SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Emily Lacava, 22, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a stop sign violation, filed Nov. 9 by Buffalo Township police.

Donald Poorman, 52, of Kittanning waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Oct. 25 by Buffalo Township police.

Gregory Prokopchak, 28, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless endangerment, speeding, driving with a suspended license, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving, reckless driving, criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 12 by Penn Township police.

Caleb Rugg, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, conspiracy and theft by deception, filed Nov. 4 by Buffalo Township police.

David Yockey, 43, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and an open container violation, filed Nov. 14 by Buffalo Township police.
