John and Marie Houston

Marie and John “Les” Houston of Butler will celebrate 50 years of marriage with an open house hosted by their family from 2 to 4 p.m. June 16 at Trinity Luthern Church, 120 Sunset Drive.

Houston married the former Marie Crispin on May 5, 1962, at Trinity Lutheran Church.

They have three daughters, Robbin Yothers of Greensburg, Theresa King of Butler and Jessica Callahan of Hermitage.

They also have seven grandchildren.

Houston is retired from Butler Memorial Hospital, where he was a systems analyst.

He is a member of the Butler Lions Club and plays tennis.

Mrs. Houston is a housewife and a member of The Red Hat Society.

The Houstons are members of Trinity Lutheran Church and enjoy family time and living life to the fullest.
