Eilenfeldt, 49, of 241 North Road was charged with driving under the influence and improper passing after she was stopped for erratic driving on New Castle Road.9:51 p.m. Friday - Steve Sofi of New Castle Street reported plants in his yard were vandalized.1:56 p.m. Friday - A car owned by Melissa Barker of Ford City was hit by an unidentified vehicle while parked on Elm Street.10:20 a.m. Friday - A car owned by Julian Dec of North Bluff Street was hit while parked in front of his home.8:54 p.m. Thursday - William Scott of Sullivan Road reported a portable telephone was stolen from his sport utility vehicle while it was parked at the Elks Club.Thursday - Amie Cuffman, 21, of 156 Old Plank Road was charged with passing a bad check for $13.43 at the Friedman's supermarket on West Brady Street. The date of the incident was not listed.Thursday - Jessie Lynn Kamerer, 19, of ½ E. Rockenstein Ave. was charged with passing bad checks for $13.81 on Aug. 30 and $37.62 on Aug. 31 at the West Brady Street Friedman's.Thursday - Martha D. Graham, 37, of 448 Zeigler Ave. was charged with passing a bad check for $52.33 on Aug. 29 at the West Brady Street Friedman's.Thursday - Robert V. Albaugh, 31, of 320 S. Chestnut St. was charged with passing bad checks for $27.16 and $34.68 at the West Brady Street Friedman's. The dates of the incidents were not listed.Friday - Robert Bruce Browne, 45, of 124 Lorenz St. was charged with driving under the influence and damaging an unattended vehicle after Carolyn Ealy of St. Paul Street reported his car hit her boat and trailer while parked in front of her home.Oct. 1 - Police received a complaint of a man having inappropriate contact with a 14-year-old girl. Police investigated and charged Joseph C. Green, 48, of 222 Morton Ave. Apt. 1 with corruption of minors, disorderly conduct and harassment.
2 p.m. Thursday to 7 a.m. Friday - Two gas-powered generators owned by the state Department of Transportation were stolen from a construction site on Utica Road in Canal Township, Venango County. Police are investigating.
7:40 a.m. Friday - A flatbed tractor-trailer driven by Lukasz Tyszuk, 21, of Brooklyn, N.Y. failed to negotiate a curve on Interstate 80 in Allegheny Township. The truck went through the guardrail and down a 50-foot embankment and flipped over, spilling its load of shingles. Tyszuk was trapped under the wreckage for about 1½ hours while firefighters extricated him. He was taken to Clarion Hospital with moderate injuries.1:42 a.m. Friday - Nicole Harvey, 24, of Route 422, Manor Township, Armstrong County, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment after a complaint of a domestic disturbance between her and William Lutz, 43, inside their home. Lutz was charged with simple assault and harassment. Harvey was taken to the Butler County Prison on a warrant.7:20 p.m. Thursday - William Eugene Dreyer, 46, of North Apollo was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and harassment after he pointed a .32-caliber semiautomatic pistol at his stepson, Adam Dean McGuirer, at their residence on Clark Avenue. Dreyer was arraigned before District Justice Michael Gerheim. Dreyer was then taken to the Armstrong County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
Friday - Police are investigating the theft of lottery tickets from the County Market in Pine Township which occurred during the past month.4:30 a.m. Sept. 24 - Rudy Davis was driving along Route 358 in Otter Creek Township when he swerved to avoid hitting a deer and hit a tree.
