Stephenson, Shedio
Lisa Stephenson and Ryan Shedio, both of West Sunbury, were united in marriage June 27 at Zion Lutheran Church in Harmony. The Rev. Barbara Love and the Rev. Margaret Shur-Barkley officiated. A reception followed at the American Legion in Lyndora.
The bride is the daughter of Joe Stephenson of Prospect and Elaine Bieber of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are John and Susan Shedio of Renfrew.
The honor attendant was Melissa Wickline of Butler. Bridesmaids included Carrie Clark of Butler, Jaci Stephenson of Butler, Angela Kuss of Butler, Katie Stephenson of Harmony, Jesse Shedio of Butler, Many Shuler of Butler and Rebecca Kuss of Butler. The flower girl was Sara Stephenson of Harmony.
Performing the duties of best man was John Schaffner of Butler. Ushers included Gary Duncan of Butler, Greg Stephenson of Butler, Paul Kuss of Butler, Jeff Stephenson of Harmony, Clint Mellish of Butler, Rob Shuler of Butler and Nick Kuss of Butler. The junior usher was Kyle Stephenson of Butler. The ring bearer was Shane Stephenson of Butler.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Butler High School and a 2008 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She is employed as a substitute teacher in the Butler School District.
The bridegroom graduated in 1999 from Butler High School. He is employed by Shedio Logging and Lumber in Slippery Rock.
Following a honeymoon trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple is making their home in West Sunbury.
