EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Joseph Allen Taylor, 42, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged June 13 by Jackson Township police with simple assault, harassment and vandalism.

Emily Clare Heitzer, 52, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged May 2 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Bridgette Michele Pacoe, 33, of Edinburg waived her case to court. She was charged June 3 by Jackson Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia and recklessly endangering another person.

Charles H. Steele III, 27, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged June 3 by Jackson Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia and recklessly endangering another person.

Richard Buccelli, 22, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 3 by Callery police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Goncalo Del Razo Perez, 32, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged June 18 by Jackson Township police with forgery and identity theft.

Jeffrey John Cuzzo, 32, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Sarah M. Lawson, 18, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged June 3 by Evans City police with purchasing alcohol as a minor, giving a false report to police and hindering apprehension or prosecution.
