I guess we shouldn't have expected much to happen about Mr Rosen as long as he was willing to go rehab because recently there was the Lydon case where addiction was considered a valid excuse for molesting a child and the only punishment was participating in ARD.

I guess you can do what ever you want if you're under the influence of something reguardless of others pain or losses as long as you go to rehab.
