District Judge Mike Steffe recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township police:
David C. Linder, 30, of Tarentum waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 22 with forgery, identity theft, theft by deception, writing bad checks and driving without a license.
Jon Paul Barto, 26, of Conway waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Gregory Kucher, 62, of Washington waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Stephen J. Antanitis, 56, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 15 with retail theft and disorderly conduct.
William Monroe McCall, 33, of Shadyside waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.
Benjamin Jacob Owens, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 21 with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brian Patrick Akanowicz, 25, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 21 with robbery, retail theft and simple assault.
District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Paul Vorderbrueggen, 53, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 8 by Lancaster Township police with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and harassment.Brandon Eugene Krupa, 20, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 23 by Butler County detectives with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.Karly Lynn Takach, 19, of Valencia had her case held for court. She was charged Feb. 11 by Adams Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
