EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Daniel Eric Strickler, Jr., 19, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged May 5 by the state police with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Kathleen A. Miller, 47, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged May 9 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

James Allen Hockenberry, 23, of Fombell waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 by Zelienople police with harassment.

Dustin P. Martelli, 31, of Massillon, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged May 1 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Sheila M. Moss, 25, of McKees Rocks waived her case to court. She was charged April 9 by Jackson Township police with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Richard Levern Wright, 45, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged April 27 by Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.

Adam M. Stoffel, 27, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 by Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Paulo De Oliveria Barboza, 42, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 31 with simple assault and harassment.

James Clifford David, 23, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 8 with retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Leigh Ann Shankel, 22, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged April 25 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Scott Adam Shankel, 26, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged April 25 with driving under the influence alcohol.

Missy Ann Stokes, 27, of Sharpsburg waived her case to court. She was charged April 29 with theft and receiving stolen property.

Bard Hoschar, no age available, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 24 with identity theft, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Casey Rose Emig, 31, of Seven Fields waived her case to court. She was charged May 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
