SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Joseph J. Barch Jr., 26, of Sarver waived to court five counts of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed in five cases July 3, Aug. 31, and Sept. 11 and 22 by state police.

William Dingel, 44, of Sarver waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 22 by state police. Dingel, in a separate case, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to give information and render aid after an accident, false reports to law enforcement authorities and improperly entering or crossing a road filed Oct. 16 by Penn Township police.

Kurt Reichard, 28, of Sarver waived to court three counts each of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed in three cases July 3, and Sept. 7 and 11 by state police.

Fowler, 29, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 16.Louise Leonard, 47, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to charges of defiant trespass and retail theft, filed Oct. 14. Leonard was ordered to pay $293.50 in fines and court costs.Tammy S.
