ABBEY BASTA (Slippery Rock), a member of the Westminster College women's track and field team, won the 100 hurdles at the Presidents' Athletic Conference Championships Saturday with a time of 15.38 seconds and was second in the 400 hurdles at 1:06.41. Her time of 15.31 in the preliminaries set a school record and PACrecord time and helped the Titans capture their first women's conference title.
