EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Matthew Richard Green, 22, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged March 17 with theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy.

Kelly Louise Rieger, 27, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged March 15 by the state police with possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without insurance and careless driving.

Troy Jason Kline, 36, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 18 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Harry Franklin Young, 44, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged March 15 by Callery police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

She was charged March 27 with retail theft and receiving stolen property.Sharron N. Mitchell, 39, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 18 with retail theft, possession of an instrument of crime, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.Keith Michael Balesk, 39, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 9 with writing bad checks.Margie Ann MacNabb, 36, of Erie waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 5 with identity theft, corruption of minors, giving false identification to police, driving without a license and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.Jared Parker, 19, of Sharpsburg waived his case to court. He was charged March 30 with possession of a controlled substance, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and giving false identification to police.Marguerite S. Smolak, 41, of Niles, Ohio, waived her case to court. She was charged March 24 with theft from a motor vehicle.Jeffrey J. Fouse, 39, of Rogers, Ohio, waived his case to court.
