Moczan, 42, of Ellwood City was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after police found her inside an idling vehicle in a no parking zone on North McKean Street.12:49 a.m. Monday — An unknown vehicle struck the overhang of the Cycle Warehouse building at the intersection of South Main and Cunningham streets.

8 a.m. Monday — A vehicle driven by James Mings, 49, of Zelienople struck a deer on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township. Mings was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.5:59 a.m. Monday — A pickup truck driven by Bryan Richards, 33, of New Castle and an SUV driven by Carrie McMurdy, 29, of Volant collided on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township. Both vehicles then hit the guardrails. Richards was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of a head injury. McMurdy was not injured. Both drivers were wearing seat belts. The left southbound lane of the highway was blocked for 90 minutes while the accident was cleared. Richards was cited for not staying in his lane.Monday — Someone stole a tool chest, various Craftsman tools, a Craftsman air compressor and other tools from the Center Township garage of Richard Friez, 55, at 590 Glennwood Drive between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.11 p.m. Oct. 17 — Someone stole a $50 Motorola cell phone from a vehicle owned by Ruby McNichol, 74, of Portersville while it was parked at McNichol's Stock Farm at 1193 Perry Highway.

5:30 p.m. Sunday — Someone driving a light blue Ford Explorer drove off without paying for $52 in gas at the Uni-Mart store in East Brady. Anyone with information about the driver should call police at 814-226-1710.Thursday — Someone stole a tree stand and climbing sticks owned by Todd Bowser, 40, from his property along Huckleberry Ridge Road in Piney Township between 6 p.m. Oct. 28 and 5 p.m. Nov. 2.
