Lanette D. Rabb

Lanette D. Rabb, 49, of Worth Township died at 10:20 p.m. Thursday at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Wexford, after a brief illness.

Born in Indianapolis, Nov. 17, 1957, she was the daughter of Joan Pollard Wilhelm and the late Wallace Frederick Wilhelm.

She was a Protestant.

Mrs. Rabb was a homemaker and was a devoted loving wife and mother for the past 24 years.

Surviving are her husband, James John Rabb, whom she married May 1, 1983; a son, James John Rabb II of Orlando, Fla.; a daughter, Lisa Marie Rabb of Slippery Rock; her mother, Joan and her husband, Rudy Higginbotham, of Indianapolis; four sisters, Roxann and her husband, Gene Pendergraft, of Dallas, Texas, Maretta and her husband, Rick Zerminski, of Springfield, Ill., and Neva and her husband, Rex Soladine and Janelle Wilhelm, all of Indianapolis; and four brothers, and sisters-in-law, Bruce and Kathi Wilhelm, Mark and Terrie Wilhelm, Rex and Carole Wilhelm and Sam and Mary Wilhelm, all of Indianapolis.

A brother, Alan Wilhelm, preceded her in death.

<B>RABB </B>— Friend of Lanette D. Rabb, who died Thursday, Jan. 18, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Smith Funeral Home</B>, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock.Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. James Lewis, pastor of West Liberty Methodist Church, officiating.Burial will be at the Slippery Rock Cemetery.
