1:55 a.m. Sunday — Dennis Oshea, 44, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Morton Avenue.1:57 p.m. Saturday — Christopher Spears, 51, of Butler is accused of attempting to shoplift undisclosed items from the Wal-Mart store at Butler Commons. Spears was arraigned on a charge of retail theft, and placed in the Butler County Prison on $5,000 bond.1:26 a.m. Saturday — Jamie Lee Meyers, 28, of Saxonburg was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Route 8.
2:50 a.m. Sunday — Apickup truck driven by Donald Keene Jr., 19, of Parker struck an embankment and a tree along Wolford Road near Hill Road in Cherry Township. Police said Keene was cited for several undisclosed traffic violations.3 a.m. Saturday — Nicolai Mennor, 30, of Fenelton is accused of a hit-and-run crash on Route 68 near Shearer Road in Oakland Township.Police said Mennor's car struck a mailbox and utility pole. He allegedly fled the scene, leaving his car behind.Mennor is cited for leaving the scene of an accident, accidents involving damage to unattended property, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving.
1:30 a.m. Sunday — Tyler A. Lucas, 21, of Chicora was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Russelton and Hite roads in Harmar Township, Allegheny County.
Sunday — Ablue, 1992 Chevrolet Cavalier was stolen between 2 and 8:25 p.m. in a burglary at the 208 Auto Outlet in Springfield Township.Saturday — Aset of four rims and tires was found on Route 58 near Grove City in Pine Township. The owner can claim the property by calling the Mercer barracks at 724-662-6162.
