EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Zachery Mitchel Waltz, 19, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 18 by state police with furnishing alcohol to minors.

James Frank Cunningham, 27, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 23 by Butler County detectives with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle.

Gerald Edwin Sadler II, 31, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 18 by the state police with selling or furnishing alcohol to minors.

Gregory John Basilone, 40, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 7 by Zelienople police with defiant trespass and harassment.

Amanda Michelle O'Neill, 26, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 12 by state police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.

James Lee Reppermund II, 24, of Valencia had his case held to court. He was charged Dec. 30 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Lori Ruth Waltz, 39, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 18 by the state police with furnishing alcohol to minors.

Merritt H. Spier, 48, of Wexford waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 22 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Tammi Rene Price, 48, of Renfrew waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 4 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
