Edna E. Rakoci, 81, formerly of West Middlesex, died Saturday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice, Butler. She had made her home with her daughter, Susan E. Rapp, in Butler for the past several months.

She was born in Sharon, Aug. 28, 1929.

She was married to John T. Rakoci. He preceded her in death on Dec. 11, 1976.

In addition to her daughter, Susan, she is survived by two sons, John W. (Patty) and Tom E. (Suzie). Also surviving are one brother, three sisters, two granddaughters, and three great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Eric R. Lawton.
