CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Michael James Reiser, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 7 by township police with receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle and criminal conspiracy.

Terry Adam Schweiger, 36, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 29 by township police with simple assault.

Thomas Donald Cready, 40, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 7 by township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol level of more than .16 percent.

Michael James Reiser, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 by township police with forgery and receiving stolen property.

Darlene Iris Vogel, 38, of Sarver waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 31 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol more than .16 percent, speeding and failure to keep right.

EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Lindsey S. Holsinger, 27, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged May 25 by Evans City police with two counts of recklessly endangering another person, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of improper child restraint system, improper signaling and driving with a suspended license.Brian William Cooke, 34, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 15 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between .10 percent and .16 percent and disregard of traffic lanes.Anthony A. Agugeia, 31, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 7 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between .10 percent and .16 percent.Jesse Edward Smith, 23, of Butler, had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 10 by Evans City police with carrying a firearm without a license, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license.Justin L. Tincha, 19, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 3 by the state police with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.Randal J. Lundell, Jr., 23, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 7 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between .08 percent and .10 percent and approaching an intersection improperly.
