Melody Barrett, age unknown, of Hanoverton, Ohio, was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Nov. 10 by Middlesex Township police.

Jennifer Healey, 22, of Sarver waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 24 by state police

Jamie Valenti, 25, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 24 by state police.

Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Cody Lee Craig, 21, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregard of traffic lane and failure to use safety belt, filed Nov. 19.Larry Noble Ingram, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, corruption of minors and disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 29. Ingram also waived to court a charge of criminal attempt to commit theft by unlawful taking, filed Jan. 6.Paula Ilene Lowry, 42, of Sarver was held for court on charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 20.Harley J. Mansberger, 23, of Parker waived to court three counts of indecent assault, filed Nov. 20.Devin Charles Schweinsberg, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle and expired inspection, filed Dec. 9.
