BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Eric Lee Bailey, 23, of Butler waived to court a charge of trespass filed Dec. 28 by Butler Township police.

In a separate case, Bailey waived two counts of trespass, harassment and driving with a suspended license, filed Dec. 27 by Butler Township police.

Gregory Bosko, 44, of Butler waived to court three counts each of theft, access device fraud, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed June 7 by Butler Township police.

Charles Burda, 24, of Natrona, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property, filed May 31 by Butler Township police.

In a separate case, Burda waived charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed May 31 by Butler Township police.

Timothy Byers, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of carrying a prohibited offensive weapon, possessing instruments of crime, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and retail theft, filed Jan. 29 by Butler Township police.

Diane Carbin, 52, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief filed Dec. 27 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $530.50 in fines, court costs and restitution.

Amanda Cravener, 19, of Kittanning waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy and trespass, filed Jan. 25 by Butler Township police.

Tammy Cravener, 22, of Kittanning waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy and trespass, filed Jan. 25 by Butler Township police.

John Kasecky Jr., 23, of Butler waived to court two counts of theft by deception, receiving stolen property and bad checks, filed Jan. 25 by Butler Township police.

In a separate case, Kasecky, waived to court charges of theft by deception, receiving stolen property and bad checks, filed Dec. 5 by Butler Township police.

Jesse Kelly, 24, of Renfrew waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to stop at a stop sign, and careless driving, filed Jan. 9 by state police.

Calvin Littlejohn, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass filed Jan. 9 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $343.50 in fines and court costs.

Celeste Opperman, 24, of Butler waived to court six counts of retail theft filed Jan. 9 by Butler Township police.

Russell Willis Jr., 55, of Zelienople waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 26 by Butler Township police.

Michael John Young, 30, of Fenelton waived to court charges of aggravated harassment by a prisoner, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and criminal mischief, filed Jan. 29 by Butler Township police.
