Bailey, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of false identification to law enforcement authorities, filed March 26 by the Butler County Sheriff’s Office. Bailey was ordered to pay $550.50 in fines and court costs.Brandi D. Blystone, 21, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed April 13.James Cunningham, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed March 16. Cunningham was ordered to pay $357.50 in fines and court costs.Adrian A. Desantis, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a lighting violation, filed April 19 by state police.Ashley Frenchak, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed April 2. Frenchak was ordered to pay $357.50 in fines and court costs.Kenny Kuhns, 45, of Valencia waived to court charges of retail theft and public drunkenness, filed April 5.Kayla A. Nye, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court two counts of retail theft in a pair of separate cases filed April 5.Joseph Panei, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of driving without an ignition device and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Feb. 21.Todd Pennington, 41, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, disregarding traffic lanes, making an improper turn and careless driving, filed April 16.Charles L. Prenn, 23, of Zelienople waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and not wearing a seat belt, filed Feb. 15 by state police.Jose B. Rosario Jr., 39, of Kenosha, Wis., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 4 by state police. Rosario was ordered to pay $457.50 in fines and court costs.Brandon K. Shirley, 30, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving, reckless driving and an open container violation, filed April 30 by state police.Bonnie Stark, 32, address unknown, waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended license and driving without a license, filed May 8.Dakota M. Taylor, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of false reports to police and disorderly conduct, filed April 9.Wayde C. Wack, 52, of Connoquenessing pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed April 14. Wack was ordered to pay $769 in fines and court costs.Heather A. Wagner, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 16.Lisa S. Walbert, 46, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 4 by the Butler County Sheriff’s Office. Walbert was ordered to pay $357.50 in fines and court costs.Kassandra Walker, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of hit-and-run, driving with a suspended license-DUI related and failing to stop and give information and render aid after an accident, filed April 10.John F. Williams, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, driving at an unsafe speed and an open container violation, filed Feb. 5.
