6:50 p.m. Thursday — Paul S. Hill, 40, of Youngstown, Ohio, was arrested and charged with retail theft and false identification after allegedly attempting to take more than $150 in merchandise from the Wal-Mart store at Butler Commons. He was arraigned and placed in the Butler County Prison when he could not post a $15,000 bond.12:58 a.m. Friday — Charlene Zotter, 29, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after her car struck a utility pole and guardrail on Whitestown Road near Colonial Avenue.2:14 a.m. Friday — Mike Huba, 22, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck a tree while making a right turn from Meridian Road onto Whitestown Road.Police said that Jeremy Hepler, no age given, of Butler, a passenger, suffered undisclosed injuries and was flown by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.2:19 a.m. Saturday — Joshua Meehan, 24, of Butler was arrested for DUI on Hansen Avenue. Police also cited Meehan for driving with a suspended license as well as other traffic violations.

6:55 a.m. Monday — Acar driven by Jason Prucey, 32, of Pittsburgh struck the side of a tractor-trailer on the Interstate 79 off-ramp in Jackson Township.Prucey was treated for moderate injuries at UPMCPassavant Cranberry. Scott Donaldson, 47, of Pittsburgh was driving the tractor-trailer. Police cited Prucey for driving too fast for conditions and careless driving.4:30 p.m. Sunday — Amotorcycle driven by Rocco Colonello, 20, of Sarver and a pickup truck driven by Andrew Durand, 72, of Butler collided at Dinnerbell and Frazier roads in Jefferson Township.Colonello, who was wearing a helmet, suffered moderate injuries. Police cited Colonello for illegally passing another vehicle on the left.6:40 a.m. Wednesday — Acar driven by Robert Kraft, 35, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, struck a school bus on Bonniebrook Road near Brinker Road in Summit Township.Police said the only passenger on the bus, driven by Donald Rowe, 80, of Saxonburg, was a 16-year-old Fenelton boy. No one was injured in the crash. Kraft was cited for undisclosed traffic violations.

7:45 p.m. Sunday — Acar driven by Kimberly Petschke, 19, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, struck a bridge in a construction zone on Route 28 in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County. Police cited Petschke for fleeing the crash site without notifying police.7 p.m. Friday — An unknown thief stole a 1983 Suzuki all-terrain vehicle, window air conditioner and three bags of clothing from the Madison Road home of Peggy Bowser in Madison Township, Armstrong County. The stolen property is valued at $900.

1:13 a.m. Sunday — John Graham, 42, of Mars was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Interstate 79 in Plain Grove Township, Mercer County. Police said Graham also faces a charge of reckless driving as well as lane and lighting violations.

4 p.m. Sunday — Acar driven by Debra Lubay, 47, of Pittsburgh and a sport utility vehicle driven by Dawn Mittner, 36, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, collided at Route 65 and Harmony Baptist Road in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County.Both drivers suffered minor to moderate injuries. Police cited Lubay for a stop sign violation.
