Eugene and Harriet Yough celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary aboard the Gateway Clipper at the Captain's Dinner and Dance cruise and at a picnic at Moraine State Park.

Yough and the former Harriet Day were married Aug. 28, 1954.

They are the parents of Vicki Roome of Nazareth; Ginger Roupe of St. Michaels, Md.; and Matthew Yough of Chicora. They also have four grandsons. A son, Rodney Yough, is deceased.

Yough is retired from Witco Chemical.

Mrs. Yough is retired from the Bon Ton department store.
