BUTLER — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Ryan F. Ahl, 24, of Harrisville pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct, filed July 23 by Butler Township police. He was sentenced to pay $4,944.49 in fines, court costs and restitution.

Timothy D. Bauer, 60, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving damage to unattended property, careless driving and driving vehicle at safe speed, filed July 14 by Butler Township police.

Bryan Byers, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving on roads laned for traffic, filed July 28 by Butler Township police.

Nicholas J. Campbell, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and resisting arrest, filed Aug. 20 by Butler Township police.

Matthew J. Carlson, 27, of Kennerdell was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed May 15 by Butler Township police.

Tomika Cottrill, 26, of West Sunbury waived to court one charge of receiving stolen property, filed March 1 by state police.

Matthew J. Donaldson, 20, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed July 28 by Butler Township police. He was sentenced to pay $546.50 in fines and court costs.

James A. Evans Jr., 25, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal attempt theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy theft by unlawful taking, filed Aug. 12 by Butler Township police.

Jennifer R. Fulmer, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by failure to make deposition of funds received and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 8 by Butler Township police.

Wesley M. Gibson, 30, of Lyndora waived to court eight counts of theft by deception and eight counts of bad checks, filed May 20 by Butler Township police.

Kirby M. Gordon, 31, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on roads laned for traffic and restraint systems, filed July 9 by state police.

Todd C. Harrison, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 7 by Butler Township police.

Joelle Jelees, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 10 by Butler Township police.

Matthew J. Kapp, 20, of Butler was held for court on one charge of bad checks, filed July 25 by Butler Township police.

Angela J. Kerchersky, 31, of Slippery Rock was held for court on one charge of bad checks, filed July 25 by Butler Township police.

Todd H. Legrand, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving, filed Aug. 11 by Butler Township police.

Allen E. McGouldrick, 36, of Butler pleaded guilty to four counts of bad checks, filed July 25 by Butler Township police. He was sentenced to pay $619.88 in fines, court costs and restitution.

Thomas A. Norris, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct, filed July 23 by Butler Township police. He was sentenced to pay $4,944.49 in fines, court costs and restitutions.

Eric G. Smith, 25, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct, filed July 23 by Butler Township police. He was sentenced to pay $4,944.49 in fines, court costs and restitution.

Austin D. Stockard, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving while operating privilege suspended, driving on roads laned for traffic and restraint systems, filed July 17 by state police.

Sharon Synowsky, 39, of Butler was held for court on one charge of bad checks, filed July 25 by Butler Township police.

David L. Weichey Jr., 25, of Butler waived to court charges of unsworn falsification to authorities, false reports to law enforcement, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, filed July 13 by Butler Township police.

Theopos K. Zelepos, 43, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 3 by Butler Township police. He was sentenced to pay $141.50 in fines and court costs.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Kelly Lynne Frederick, 43, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged July 30 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Donald Schmitt, 29, of Harmony had his case held to court. He was charged June 17 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disorderly conduct, endangering the welfare of children, public drunkenness and harassment.Gary John Palacios, 34, of McKees Rocks waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 25 by Zelienople police with recklessly endangering another person and criminal trespass.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Daniel George recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Danielle H. Andreozzi, 29, of Wexford had her case held to court. She was charged May 28 with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.William Paul Coennen, 43, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 30 with theft by unlawful taking.Allen Forrest Murphy, 22, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 17 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without headlights.Shelly Ann Conley, 40, of Bridgeville waived her case to court. She was charged June 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Jonathan Scott Molter, 22, of Allison Park waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Jayne Boissell Maloney, 46, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged July 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Christopher Marlin Main, 21, of Aliquippa waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 21 with theft by unlawful taking.Andrew Joseph Ottaviani, 19, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 27 with criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and intent to deliver a controlled substance.
