Freeport grad Grubbs shines in defeat
LATROBE — Freeport graduate Courtney Grubbs had a match-best 33 assists to go with 10 digs in the Thiel College volleyball team’s 3-0 PAC quarterfinal loss to Saint Vincent.
The Tomcats (10-20) won nine of their final 15 matches this season.
