Friday - Glenna Hawn of Acorn Lane reported the license plate was stolen from her vehicle in the Kmart parking lot.3:41 a.m. Thursday - Justin Edward Schawl, 24, of Willow Drive was charged with driving under the influence after being stopped on Center Avenue for driving without headlights on and an expired inspection sticker.1:44 a.m. Thursday - Tereso Cantera, 47, of Pillow Street was charged with driving under the influence after being stopped on 6th Avenue for driving on the wrong side of Mercer Street.1:01 a.m. Thursday - Anna E. Scott, 37, of Sixth Avenue was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after being stopped on Jackson Street for weaving.6:45 p.m. Wednesday - A car driven by Michael John Saul, 40, of Virginia Avenue hit a sport utility vehicle owned by Courtney Park of West Brady Street while it was parked at the gasoline pumps at the Amoco station at West Cunningham and West Jefferson streets.8:10 p.m. Wednesday - Halsey Pollock Jr., 46, of West Brady Street was charged with theft after police received a report he left Gorillo's convenience store on South Monroe Street with two 12 packs of beer without paying.10:30 p.m. Tuesday - A car driven by Kathleen Eilenfeldt of North Road hit a car owned by Lori Ealy of Wampum while parked in the Diamond Street lot.Nov. 21 - A car owned by Sandra Bellini of Goldwood Avenue was hit by an unidentified driver while parked on Goldwood.12:30 p.m. Nov. 15 - A vehicle driven by an unidentified driver hit a car owned by Jeannine Toner of East Penn Street while it was parked on the north side of East Penn.

Friday night to Saturday morning - Four drivers were arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at a police checkpoint on Route 8 in Center Township. Twelve summary traffic citations and 37 warnings were issued as 183 vehicles were checked.6:05 a.m. Friday - Vehicles driven by Todd Jones of Chicora and David Rearick of Bruin collided off Route 68 in Donegal Township.Friday - A red Western salt spreader was reported stolen from a 1994 Ford pickup truck at the Clearview Mart Flea Market in Center Township between 9 a.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. Friday.Friday - Three ladders were reported stolen from a construction site on Orchard Drive in Prospect between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Friday.11:11 p.m. Thursday - A car driven by Nicole R. Yon of Lyndora hit the rear of a minivan driven by Justin Morgan of Butler on Route 8 in Penn Township. Yon was cited for careless driving.9:41 p.m. Thursday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Ashley Sutton, 16, of Boyers drove off Route 58 in Marion Township, hit an embankment and rolled over. Sutton was taken to United Community Hospital in Grove City with minor injuries. She was cited for a summary vehicle code violation.6:45 p.m. Thursday - A van driven by Rodney Johnston, 31, of Petrolia was damaged when it lost control on a curve and crashed.Thursday - Douglas McKinney of West Sunbury reported the windshield of his vehicle was shot with a BB gun between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 1 p.m. Thursday.10:40 p.m. Wednesday - Thomas Snyder of Slippery Rock was driving a pickup truck on Wesy Park Road in Worth Township when he swerved to miss a deer, slid into an embankment and rolled over.Wednesday - Cari R. Brown, 26, of Karns City reported $430 was stolen from the kitchen of her Oak Drive home. The kitchen door was not locked.11 p.m. Nov. 20 - Ryan Patrick Spicer, 19, of Slippery Rock was charged with driving under the influence after being stopped on Route 8 at Hall Road in Brady Township for an unidentified vehicle code violation.Nov. 20 - Angie S. Grossman, 38, of Slippery Rock reported a Sony stereo and speakers were stolen from her vehicle while parked in the unlocked garage of her Centerville Pike home between 1 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.

6 p.m. Friday - Edward Callan of Conneaut Lake was driving south on Interstate 79 in Deer Creek Township when his car hit a deer.5:30 p.m. Friday - Shayle Marie McFadden of Clintonville lost control of her car on an icy bridge on Daugherty Road in Pine Township, hit a barrier and then a tree. She was treated at United Community Hospital with minor injuries.5:35 p.m. Friday - Ryan Harrison, 26, of Hermitage was driving on Route 58 in Findley Township when he lost control of his pickup truck, which hit an embankment and rolled several times. Harrison and a passenger, Brent Alan Sutherland, 23, of Greenville were both thrown from the vehicle. Neither were wearing seat belts. They were treated with moderate injuries at United Community Hospital.Friday - Ming Dominga Thoele of Harvard, Ill. Reported she lost her brown wallet containing $180 and credit cards while shopping at the Grove City Factory Stores.6:11 p.m. Friday - Debra Herbener, 52, of Grove City was driving on Route 58 at Hall Road in Findley Township when she lost control of her car due to an ice covered bridge and the vehicle rolled over.6:41 p.m. Thursday - Larry Blake of Volant was driving on Cranberry Road in Pine Township when he lost control of his sport utility vehicle due to the ice on the road and it rolled over into a ditch.
