CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Shannon E. Gizienski, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Nov. 10.

Brandy L. Williams, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of five counts of theft from a motor vehicle and two counts of theft by unlawful taking, filed Nov. 5.

Nicole L. Plyler, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 22.

Trenton A. Ryan, 21, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, disregard traffic signals, careless driving and failure to use seat belt, filed Nov. 2.

Chad M. Undercuffler, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, access device fraud and identity theft, filed Dec. 3.
