Wilda Mae Baseler
Wilda Mae Baseler, 77, a resident of Patterson School Road, Grove City, in Pine Township, Mercer County, since 1958 died at 3:15 p.m. Monday at the Grove City Medical Center, Pine Township.
Born in New Hope, Cherry Township, Butler County, July 22, 1932, she was the daughter of Clifford L. Kelly and Florence Foster Kelly.
She married Walter R. Baseler on March 20, 1953.
A graduate of West Sunbury High School, she was a homemaker and retired from SATEC Systems, Grove City, where she was a secretary.
Mrs. Baseler was affiliated with the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Grove City.
She enjoyed her family.
Surviving are her husband, Walter, at home; two children, Susan Arblaster and her husband, William "Bill," of Slippery Rock and Dr. Michael W. Baseler and his wife, Beth, of Union Bridge, Md.; a brother, Leon J. Kelly and his wife, Betty, of Grove City; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas C. Kelly, Clifford L. Kelly Jr. and infant brother, Frederick Kelly; and three sisters, Lucille Young, Garnetta Kelly and Helen Baseler.
<B>BASELER</B> — Visitation for Wilda Mae Baseler, who died Monday, Oct. 12, 2009, will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the <B>Cunningham Funeral Home</B>, 306 Bessemer Ave., Grove City. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. James Seeley, pastor of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Grove City, officiating.
