Charles Schnepp, 25, of Rural Ridge, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 29 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and failure to keep right.
Jason Charles Marr, 25, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.
Mary Jo Conner, 22, of Baden, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 10 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
Tambra Lee Summerville, 49, of Monaca, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 10 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and two counts of forgery.
Gabrielle M. Summerville, 22, of Monaca, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 10 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Michael G. Grimm, 18, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 14 by the Jackson Township police with two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor.Nicholas George Nekos, 21, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 14 by the Jackson Township police with possession of marijuana and three counts of selling/furnishing alcohol to minors.Charles Howard Steele III, 26, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Jackson Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filing a false report to law enforcement authorities, operating a vehicle without proper insurance and driving with no headlights.Erik Jon Leithauser, 19, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 14 by the Jackson Township police with possession of marijuana, filing a false report to law enforcement authorities, disorderly conduct, two counts of purchasing alcohol by a minor and public drunkenness.Derek L. Owen, 29, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 8, 2007, by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and failing to drive at safe speeds.Mark David Eiler, 21, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 17 by the state police with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Edward Ernest McConnell, 35, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 13 by the Jackson Township police with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving while license is suspended.Gregory Allen Howard, 35, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County waived his case to court.
