Diehl Automotive expands sites
“Now under new management,” was posted on the website of Bob and Chuck Eddy Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram in Grove City, announcing the company's acquisition by Diehl Automotive.
Diehl acquired multiple dealerships in the Grove City and Eastern Ohio area, all of which were Bob and Chuck Eddy locations.
“We firmly believe that our customer-first focus will increase sales and service in the region and be well received by consumers in our new trade area,” said Corina Diehl, CEO of Diehl Automotive.
Two stores are located on Main Street in Grove City. One features Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram, which Diehl already sold at their current locations.
The second lot adjacent to the first will add new makes to their arsenal with Buick, Cadillac and Chevrolet vehicles.
Corina and Matt Diehl founded Diehl Automotive in 1995. After Matt Diehl's death, Corina became the sole owner and operator of Diehl Automotive Group.
Diehl and her son, Matthew, are hands-on operators.
With the latest additions, the car dealer expands their reach into new territory and adds three new franchises. They now offer nine makes of vehicles.
“We're very excited to meet our customers and get involved in the community,” Corina Diehl said.
