CRANBERRY TWP — Interim District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases:

Joni L. Wakefield, 52, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.

John Albert Staryszak, 32, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault and harassment.

Richard Andrew Gally, 24, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Erin Emily Rainey, 32, of Beaver, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 5, 2007, by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to stop at a red signal.

Paul M. Berger, 24, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 11 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft.

Kurt Edward Sayre, 32, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft.

April L. Opperman, 35, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft.

Daniel M. Stehle Jr., 19, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 15, 2007, by the Cranberry Township police with disorderly conduct, retail theft and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Jeremy David Harlan, 28, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeanie Hutchison-Belack, 44, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 3 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without lights during a period for required lighted lamps.

Jamie Lynn Druschel, 27, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, two counts of careless driving, failing to drive at safe speeds and vehicles turning left.

Fernando Camacho Aguirre, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 5 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane, driving without a license and driving too slow for conditions.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Patrick R. Belton, 22, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 2 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.James Edward Lunceford II, 38, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 22 by the Jackson Township police with two counts of robbery, burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit unlawful restraint, possession of a weapon, aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal mischief, recklessly endangering another person, making terroristic threats, unlawful restraint and possession of a firearm prohibited.Justin Nicholas Pauls, 20, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 27, 2007, by the Evans City police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Barry R. Bitsko, 46, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 10, 2007, by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, disregard of traffic lane and driving an unregistered vehicle.Christy Lynn Wilbern, 20, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 8 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor.Pamela Kalisek, 48, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 18 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Gary Monahan, 44, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 11 by the Zelienople police with harassment and simple assault.Lana Claypole, 28, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 11, 2007, by the Zelienople police with unsworn falsification, driving without a license and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.Christopher Ryan Martinkovich, 19, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 8 by the state police with false imprisonment and harassment.Brian Andrew Stright, 41, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 14 by the Jackson Township police with seven counts each of theft by deception, identity theft, receiving stolen property and seven access device fraud.Charlie R. Lavery, 38, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged May 15, 2007, by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, limitations on driving on the left side of road, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to keep right and careless driving.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Brett Eubanks, 19, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving without rear lights, filed Jan. 4 by Buffalo Township police.Christina M. Johnson, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and forgery, filed Oct. 1 by Buffalo Township police.Eric P. Migliorisi, 28, of Freeport was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving and failing to keep right, filed Nov. 25 by Buffalo Township police.Michael J. Scholtz, 26, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving too fast for conditions, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and driving without a license, filed Jan. 27 by Saxonburg police.Michael Sicilano, 64, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed in a private complaint Jan. 9 by Glassmere Fuel Inc. Sicilano was ordered to pay $141.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.Dean E. Vincent, 22, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, driving too fast for conditions and driving without valid inspection, filed Sept. 28 by state police.Robert L. Vollmer, 24, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 27 by Saxonburg police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases, filed by Butler Township police:Bryan F. Alston, 25, of New Castle pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Jan. 8. Alston was ordered to pay $546.50 in fines and court costs.Kelly J. Everton, 36, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license-DUIrelated, a lane violation and careless driving, filed Jan. 9.Percy B. Guilky, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license, filed Jan. 24.James E. Ifft Sr., 71, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, a stop sign violation, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Jan. 18.
