Hillwig

Ronald L. Hillwig, 56, of Hubert, N.C., died Dec. 1 at his home.

Born Feb. 20, 1954, in Sharon, he was the son of Ronald D. and Doris L. (McClaine) Hillwig.

He had worked in building construction, and he served in the U.S. Army.

Surviving are two daughters, Heather L. Murdock of Hubert, N.C., and Tammy M. Newman of Hubert, N.C.; a son, Lucas Murdock of Fort Bragg, N.C.; his father, Ronald D. Hillwig of Summerfield, Fla.; two brothers, John R. Hillwig of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Michael D. Hillwig of West Sunbury; two grandsons, Gabriel D. and Wyatt P. Johnson of Hubert; and a granddaughter, Allanah D. Bernic of Hubert.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris L. Hillwig.

<B>HILLWIG</B> — A graveside committal service for Ronald L. Hillwig, who died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 17, at the St. Eusebius Cemetery, Brady Township, Clarion County, with the Rev. William Kuba, pastor of St. Eusebius Roman Catholic Church, East Brady, officiating.Military honors will be accorded Friday at the cemetery.Arrangements are by<B> Buechele Funeral Home</B>, East Brady.
