Carver, Mason

Jay and Emma Mason

Emma Marie Carver and Jay Dennis Mason, both of Morgantown, W.Va., were united in marriage April 18 at Our Lady of the Gulf Roman Catholic Church in Bay Saint Louis, Miss. The Rev. Dennis Carver officiated. A reception followed at the Bay Saint Louis Community Center.

The bride is the daughter of Ashton and Tula Carver of Bay Saint Louis. Parents of the bridegroom are G. Dennis and Jane Mason of Cranberry Township.

The honor attendant was Corinna Carver of Jackson, Miss. Bridesmaids included Natasha Dinsmore of Port Matilda, Sarah Turbe of Madison, Ala., and Amanda Estrade of Bay Saint Louis.

The flower girls were Callie Mardis of Zelienople, Olivia Carlisle of Ellisville, Miss., and Hannah Turbe of Madison, Ala.

Performing the duties of best men were Joel Weese of Fairmont, W.Va., and Brian McClennan of Stevens. Ushers included Dan Mardis of Zelienople and Matt Armistead of Morgantown.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Our Lady Academy. She graduated from West Virginia University in 2008 and 2011.

She is employed by WVU Medicine-Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

The bridegroom graduated from Seneca Valley High School in 2003. He graduated from West Virginia University in 2007.

He is employed by West Virginia Clinical and Translational Science Institute in Morgantown.

Following a honeymoon trip to Walt Disney World, the couple is making their home in Morgantown.
