SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Marc Anthony Edwards, 27, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 14 by Penn Township police. Edwards was ordered to pay $550 in fines and court costs.

Jeffrey M. Gennuso, 33, of Irwin, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to two counts of harassment, filed April 30 by Penn Township police. Gennuso was ordered to pay $750 in fines and court costs.

Michael J. Grey, 37, of Saver waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and trespass, filed May 18 by state police.

Lisa Janoski, 25, of Sarver waived to court charges of theft by deception and forgery, filed April 10 by state police.

Ryan S. Luzik, 28, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of false identification to law enforcement authorities and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 4 by Penn Township police.

Michael G. McMillen, 33, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, reckless driving, speeding, reckless endangerment, fleeing or attempting to elude police, passing in a no-passing zone, driving on the wrong side of the road and not using turn signals, filed June 2 by Saxonburg police.

Nicolai G. Mennor, 29, of Fenelton waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 4 by Penn Township police.

George A. Reffert III, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and speeding, filed March 27 by Penn Township.

Mellisa Suehr, 20, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 4 by Penn Township police. Suehr was ordered to pay $444.50 in fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Chad Caldwell. 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed May 16.Yvonne K. Graham, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed April 11.Craig L. Hayden, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed April 30.Carmen Morra, 55, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 22.Thomas J. Paserba, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and not using turn signals, filed Dec. 26.

SLIPPERY ROCK — These cases were heard recently by District Judge CliffordWoessner;Robert Douglas Pflugh, 40, of North Road,Butler, was held for court on simple assault and harassment charges filed by state police April 21.Kayla Jo Fait, 20, of Courtney Mill Road, Grove City, was held for court for driving under the influence by a minor, minor purchasing alcoholic beverage, failure to keep right, failure to maintain a turn lane, and failure to notify an address change, all filed by state police May 23.Thomas Brian Somerville, 42, of North Franklin Street, Prospect, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a turning lane violation, filed by state police May 16.Robert John Oberley, 31. of Fombell waived to court theft of services charges filed by state police April 9.Michell Lagree, 19, of McKees Rocks waived to court charges of driving under the influence and following too closely filed by Slippery Rock University Police April 23.Louis Ortenzio Folino, 27, of Waynesburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence and failure to stop at a red signal filed by SlipperyRock borough police April 23.Wayne Graham, 29, of Fenelton pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking and was fined $481. An access device charge was dismissed.Charges were filed by state police May 7.William James Deal, 29, of Barkeyville Road, GroveCity, pleaded guilty to simple assault and was fined $156. Aggravated assault and harassment charges were dismissed.Charges were filed by state police Sept. 21, 2005.
