David Kent Hutchings, 50, of Butler passed away Thursday.

He was born March 11, 1959, in New York, the son of Douglas Hutchings and the late Ida (Frasson) Hutchings.

He loved music, electronics and his family.

He was a maintenance manager for PJ Foods.

Surviving are his wife, Nancy M. (Hunkele) Hutchings; two daughters, Elizabeth "Lily" Hutchings and Roslyn Hutchings; his father; Douglas Hutchings of New York; two sisters, Gabriella Hutchings and Helen Hutchings; his brother, Donald and his wife, Mary Hutchings, of Pittsburgh; two nieces, Kelsey and Sabrina Hutchings; and a nephew, Kevin Hutchings.
