3:45 p.m. Sunday — Jason Lee Schindler, 33, of Butler was charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after he allegedly intentionally wrecked his girlfriend's car during an argument with her. He is in Butler County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.1:01 a.m. Saturday — William Kunkle, 40, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension following a traffic stop on Route 422 near Mercer Road overpass.1:36 p.m. Friday — Jennifer Lynn King, 28, of Worthington was charged with false reports, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after she allegedly tried to steal a purse then told police she had lost her child in the store. Later she admitted she had no child with her. Her boyfriend, Earl Frederick Laird, 33, also of Worthington, was charged with false reports and defiant trespass.
4:33 p.m. Saturday — A 15-year-old Zelienople girl and a 14-year-old Cranberry Township girl were charged with retail theft after they were allegedly caught trying to steal $40 worth of merchandise from J.C. Penney at Clearview Mall in Center Township.2 p.m. Saturday — A van driven by Christy Beer of Butler and a truck driven by Justin Trettel of Butler collided on Route 8 near the Sunoco gas station in Center Township. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and were not injured. Trettel was cited for following too closely.Dec. 8 — Someone stole wooden Snoopy and Woodstock lawn decorations belonging to Susan Stephenson, 53, from her Franklin Street residence in Slippery Rock. The value of the items is $100.
4:35 p.m. Sunday — A vehicle driven by a 17-year-old Ford City boy crashed and rolled onto its roof on Route 28 in South Buffalo Township. The boy and his passengers, Rachel Good, 18, of Ford city, a 16-year-old boy from Kittanning and a 16-year-old girl from Ford City, were wearing seat belts and were not injured.
8:33 a.m. Sunday — A car driven by Cody Carl Stewart, 20, of Rimersburg crashed and rolled onto its roof on Callensburg Road near route 368 in Licking Township. Stewart and his passenger, an Emlenton woman, were wearing seat belts and were not injured.3:50 p.m. Saturday — A tractor trailer driven by Majid Alesawi, 35, of Lincoln, Neb., collided with a car parked along Interstate 80 following a nondeportable crash. George Gentile, 55, of Albrightsville, the car's driver, was outside the car checking for damage and was struck by his own vehicle during the crash. Gentile was taken to the Grove City Medical Center with unknown injuries. His passengers, Angelina Gentile, 52, of Albrightsville, who suffered minor injuries, and Sarah Zadeh, 29, of Tobyhanna, were also taken to the Grove City Medical Center. Alesawi was not injured.
Dec. 2 — Someone stole aluminum wheels from the salvage yard of Hovis Truck Service in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County, between Nov. 15 and Dec. 2.
