Cinski 50th anniversary
Bernard and Jacqueline Cinski of Valencia celebrated 50 years of marriage recently with a dinner hosted by their sons for family and friends at the Butler Country Club.
The former Jacqueline Oesterling married Cinski on Aug. 20, 1955, at St. Anne Roman Catholic Church in Millvale.
They have two sons, Dr. Greg Cinski of East Setauket, N.Y., and Dale Cinski of Valencia.
They also have three grandchildren.
Cinski is retired from Pittsburgh Atlas Photoengraving, where he worked as a lithographer. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Graphic Communications International Union. He served with the Army for two years in the 69th Engineering Topographical Corp. in Frankfurt, Germany.
Mrs. Cinski is retired from Kirkpatrick and Lockhart in Pittsburgh, where she worked as a legal secretary. She also worked as a part-time secretary for Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church. She is now a full-time caregiver for her husband. She is also a member of the Red Hat Society.
The couple belongs to St. Richard Roman Catholic Church in Gibsonia, where Mrs. Cinski is a Eucharistic minister and a member of the adult bell choir.
The couple belongs to the Butler Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Club, where Mrs. Cinski serves as president.
