Police Reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler Twp

Dec. 6 — Tammy N. Flynn, 49, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI and several summary violations. Police said she crashed her vehicle Oct. 22 on Logan Avenue and that field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed Flynn’s blood-alcohol content at 0.257%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Dec. 6 — Ivana K. Bell Walker, 20, and Brandon A. Falletta, 32, both of Philadelphia, were charged with two misdemeanors of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police stopped them Nov. 6 on Route 8. Police said a small amount of marijuana was found in their vehicle following a search.

Dec. 6 — Justin M. Perkins, 32, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks after police said he attempted to issue a check of $1,664 with insufficient funds.

Cranberry Twp

Dec. 9 — Carla A. Naylor, 33, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Walmart with $170 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Slippery Rock Borough

Dec. 6 — Chelsey A. Dale, 32, of Slippery Rock, was charged with four counts of felony retail theft. Police said she left Sheetz with $168 worth of merchandise without paying for it over the course of multiple days.

State police, Butler

Dec. 6 — Mark W. McFadden, 65, of Oakdale, was charged with misdemeanor reckless endangerment and summary criminal mischief. Police said he crashed a golf cart Oct. 8 in Brady Township. Police said a later blood test showed McFadden’s blood-alcohol content at 0.186%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Dec. 6 — Marshall H. Feltenberger, 28, of Portersville, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police stopped him Oct. 17 on Sechan Drive, Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Feltenberger’s blood-alcohol content at 0.136%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Dec. 6 — Sherrie L. Stiefel, 50, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they stopped her Nov. 23 on Prospect Road, Franklin Township. Police said two metal pipes, one glass crack pipe and a needle syringe were found in her vehicle during a search.

Dec. 6 — Mark A. Neff, 60, of Petrolia, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped him Nov. 13 on Main Street in Fairview borough, and that field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Dec. 6 — Irief M. Littleberry, 30, of Johnstown, was charged with a felonies possession of a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license. Police said they stopped him Oct. 30 on West Cunningham Street in Butler. Police said a firearm was found in his vehicle following a search.

Dec. 6 — Ciarra Hall, 23, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession after police said they stopped her Oct. 30 on West Cunningham Street. Police said she was in possession of marijuana.

Dec. 6 — Noah D. Delano, 19, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession after police said they stopped him Nov. 7 on Route 422, Butler Township. Police said he was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Dec. 6 — Jose R. Gonzalez, 55, of Prospect, was charged with three misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him on Freeport Road, Jefferson Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and that a later blood test showed traces of benzolyecgonine and THC in his system.
