Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Dec. 1 — Kenley P. Renfrew, 24, of Saxonburg, was charged with two misdemeanors of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they stopped her Nov. 23 on Route 228. Police said a small amount of marijuana, a pipe, a purple lighter, and a marijuana joint were found in her vehicle.
Dec. 4 — Alias D. Solo, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summaries harassment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Police said he tackled someone and punched this person in the face.
Dec. 3 — Mario Ramsey, 32, and Dahmier C. Thomas, 26, both of Pittsburgh, were charged with misdemeanor retail theft. Police said they left Walmart with $194 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
Dec. 1 — David J. Burns, 66, of Cranberry, was charged with misdemeanor failure to display documents. Police said he forged a certificate of inspection for his vehicle.
Dec. 1 — Kenneth J. Bathke, 52, of New Castle, was charged with four misdemeanors, including use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he crashed his vehicle Nov. 2 on Hartmann Road, and that suspected cocaine was found on his person.
Dec. 1 — Caleb L. Sheppeck, 24, of Saxonburg, was charged two misdemeanors of driving under the influence. Police said they stopped him Nov. 24 on Dinnerbell Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath tests showed Sheppeck’s blood-alcohol content at 0.124% In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Dec. 5 — Jacob P. Crispen, 18, of East Brady, was charged with felony eluding an officer, misdemeanor reckless endangerment and 20 traffic citations. Police said he was driving with a suspended license on a motorcycle in Karns City, and that he fled the scene and was speeding along several roads, including in a school zone.
Dec. 5 — Brittany M. Guess, 26, of Bethel Park, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. Police said she crashed her vehicle Dec. 2 on Seven Hills Road, Concord Township, and that she showed signs of impairment.
Dec. 5 — Keith R. Smith, 66, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of felony theft and misdemeanor unauthorized use of motor vehicles. Police said they stopped him Nov. 26 on Route 422, Summit Township, and that Smith was not granted permission to drive the vehicle he was in.
Dec. 5 — Jason R. Shields, 39, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony aggravated assault. Police said he broke someone’s ankle during an altercation in Jefferson Township.
Dec. 2 — Mariah A. Schrubb, 22, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanors endangering the welfare of children and disorderly conduct and two summary harassment charges. Police said she hit someone in the face during an argument, and that Schrubb’s child was crawling over broken glass during their arrival on scene.
Dec. 2 — Dakota J. Buchert, 19, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said they stopped him Nov. 10 in Summit Township, and that he was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
