William and Jane Fisher

William and Jane Fisher of Renfrew recently celebrated 60 years of marriage with a family dinner at the Garden Gate Restaurant in Prospect.

William Fisher married the former Jane Covert on June 18, 1949, at the Connoquenessing Methodist Church in Connoquenessing.

They have four children, Linda Rhodes of Butler, William Fisher of Prospect, Cindy Bayer of Butler and Amy Schnebel of Maitland, Fla.

They also have 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Fisher is retired from the Armco coil warehouse and enjoys playing cards.

Mrs. Fisher is a former employee of Gaylord's and enjoys playing bingo.

The Fishers are members of Connoquenessing Methodist Church.
