Mark A. Neubert, 57, of Saxonburg died suddenly Thursday while vacationing in Canada.

He was born May 26, 1952, in Butler, the son of John and Phyllis (Bachman) Neubert.

He was a maintenance supervisor for Ervin Industries.

He was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church, where he enjoyed playing keyboard at the contemporary service. He also sang in the choir and was on the parish board for St. Luke School.

He loved traveling, riding motorcycles, watching hockey, fishing and his family, including his dog Jackie. He loved life.

Surviving are his wife, Patricia Lutz Neubert, who he married on Nov. 11, 1972; his mother, Phyllis Neubert of Cabot; one daughter, Lottie Neubert of Saxonburg; one son, Zack Neubert of Saxonburg; four brothers, Luther Neubert of Oakland, Md., Paul Neubert of Cabot, Timothy Neubert (Gwenn) of Cabot and Thomas Neubert (Carolyn) of Parker, Colo.; two sisters, Judith Coulter (Donald) of Ashtabula, Ohio, and Barbara Tasker (Kevin) of Cabot; one godson, Philip McCall of Chattanooga, Tenn.; one goddaughter, Margaret Beyer of Saxonburg, and 22 nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death was his father.

NEUBERT — Friends of Mark A. Neubert, who died suddenly Thursday, July 2, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at the

Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Luke Lutheran Church, Cabot, with the Rev. Barry Keurulainen and the Rev.
