SAXONBURG - District Justice Sue Haggerty recently ruled on these cases:

Robert Lee Caldwell Jr., 45, of 378 Marwood Road, Winfield Township, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Aug. 12 by Buffalo Township police.

Mark Heinle, 46, of 386 Sun Mine Road, Clinton Township, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and illegal parking in Buffalo Township, filed Sept. 18 by state police.

Amy Kradel, 44, of 182 Powell Road, Penn Township, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Aug. 6 by Penn Township police.

James Maher, 40, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance, filed Aug. 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Christopher Nuney, 18, of 526½ E. Locust St., Butler, waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and underage drinking in Jefferson Township, filed Sept. 15 by state police.

Brett Quickle, 24, of 238 Second St., Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Aug. 16 by Penn Township police.

Larry Schmidt Jr., 29, of 120 Warrendale Road, Adams Township, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, filed Aug. 16 by Penn Township police.

John Sines, 21, of 1302 E. Cruikshank Road, Middlesex Township, waived to court charges of theft, filed March 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Ryan Stepp. 23, of 427 Crisswell Road, Penn Township, pleaded guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 16 by Saxonburg police.

Albert Vanderlick, 41, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence in Jefferson Township, filed Aug. 9 by state police.

Kevin Weibel, 38, of 326 Gibson St., Eau Claire, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Aug. 16 by Penn Township police.

Dina Jo Williams, 42, of 459½ Saxonburg Road, Jefferson Township, pleaded guilty to charges of furnishing alcohol to minors in Jefferson, filed Sept. 8 by state police. She was ordered to pay $329 in fines and court costs.

EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Kristina Peffer, 37, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 28 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcoholand speeding.Eric Duane Shirley, 46, Bellingham, W.Va., waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 28 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, speeding, careless driving and failure to use a seat belt.Judd D. Rasmussen, 25, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 13 by Jackson Township police with conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to receive stolen property, three counts of burglary, three counts of theft by unlawful taking, three counts of receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument of crime and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Anthony Ranalli, 21, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 17 by Adams Township police with burglary, aggravated assault, criminal trespass and simple assault.David Randall Fishel, 18, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged Oct. 6 by the Evans City police with carrying false identification, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence while a minor, speeding and filing a false report.Sandra L. Meanor, 58, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 6 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence and careless driving.Colleen M. McLaughlin, 46, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 6 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Robert Leroy Marburger, Jr., 43, of Renfrew, had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 12 by the state police with simple assault and harassment.

CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Lonny Dean Moore, 38, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 3 by Cranberry Township police with driving with a suspended license, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, reckless driving, failure to stop at red signal, fleeing or attempting to allude an officer, operating a vehicle without proper inspection, making an improper right turn, driving with a suspended vehicle registration and driving without proper insurance.Leanne Robinson, 29, of Meadville, Crawford County, waived her case to court. She was charged July 28 by Cranberry Township police with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.Carol Jean Milbert, 41, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 7 by township police with corruption of minors and two counts of selling/furnishing alcohol to minors.Robert Earl Svanda, 42, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 16 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic control devise.Christopher Vankirk, 20, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 28 by Cranberry Township police with indecent exposure and open lewdness.George A. Criswell, 51, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 16 by township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Jose Miguel Arache, 31, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 4 by the township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, driving with a suspended license.Don C. DeJean III, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 15 by township police with manufacturing/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.Don C. DeJean III, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 25 by township police with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Don C. He was charged Nov. 2 by township police with forgery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, writing bad checks, and access device fraud.Christian W. Holleran, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court.
