Clouse 60th anniversary

Arthur “Bill” and Dorothy Clouse of Chicora will celebrate 60 years of marriage with a family dinner over Labor Day weekend.

The former Dorothy Oesterling married Clouse on Sept. 1, 1945, at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

They have five children, Donald Clouse, Richard Clouse and Patty Andreassi, all of Butler; Thomas Clouse of Chicora; and Debbie Baptiste of Kittanning.

They also have 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Clouse is retired from Walsh Equipment in Butler, where he worked as a salesman. He is a member of the Chicora Moose Lodge and the East Butler Fireman’s Club.

Mrs. Clouse is a homemaker. She belongs to two separate card clubs.

The couple belongs to St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Chicora, where Clouse is a member of the Holy Name Society and Mrs. Clouse is a member of the Christian Mothers group.
