Justin Dalo, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and theft of services, filed March 23.
Brandon M. Geist, 24, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed March 8.
Patrick J. Hoyt, 28, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft., filed March 31. Hoyt was ordered to pay $548.50 in fines and court costs.
Paul W. Jennings, 45, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault, conspiracy, harassment and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed March 27.
Megan J. Kernicky, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, conspiracy and harassment, filed March 27.
Thomas W. Krchelich, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and public drunkenness, filed March 22.
Cody L. Reynolds, 24, of Butler was held for court on charges of false reports to law enforcement authorities and conspiracy to commit theft, filed March 12.
Kimberly A. Salsgiver, 30, of Connellsville, Fayette County, was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed March 8.
Brittany D. Williams, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, retail theft, two counts of false reports to law enforcement authorities, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and illegal parking, filed in two separate complaints March 10 and 12.

Davis Jr., 57, of Harrisville was held for court on two counts each of terroristic threats and harassment, filed Jan. 6.Jason Howard, 33, of Parker pleaded guilty to charges of false reports to law enforcement authorities, open lewdness and public drunkenness, filed Jan. 25. Howard was ordered to pay $412 in fines and court costs.Jessica Humes, 23, of Forestville waived to court charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, driving under the influence, failure to keep right and careless driving, filed March 2.Robert Logue Jr., 39, of Chicora pleaded guilty to charges of false reports to law enforcement authorities and public drunkenness, filed Jan. 25. Logue was ordered to pay $288.50 in fines and court costs.
