2:33 a.m. Sunday — Todd Alan Moore, 38, of Summit Township was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Portman Road.Police also citedMoore for running a red light, driving without insurance and possession of a small amount of marijuana.9:44 a.m. Thursday — Melissa Sloan-Hart, 27, of Butler is accused of illegal possession of prescription drugs after she was found passed out in the driver's seat of a sport utility vehicle parked in a Center Avenue driveway.A police officer had to break a window of the vehicle to get inside and rouse Sloan-Hart, who had to be given medication commonly used to reverse the effects of drug overdoses.The woman's purse contained a prescription bottle with more than two dozen pills; the label with the name of the drug and the person to whom it was prescribed had been scratched off.Police later determined the pills were painkillers and antipsychotic tablets. Sloan-Hart is charged with possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness.Wednesday — Abusinessman was charged with passing more than three dozen bad checks last year totaling $7,176 to Advance Auto Parts in the Pullman Square.Police said Robert Bowser, 28, of Butler Township wrote the checks on his Bowser Automotive account, which did not have sufficient funds to cover the bank drafts. He is charged with 39 counts of bad checks.

1:53 a.m. Saturday — Megan Bosko, 20, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence, underage consumption, misrepresentation of age to secure liquor, carrying false identification and a lane violation following a traffic stop on Route 422.11:49 p.m. Thursday — Matthew Litzinger, 23, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI after his vehicle struck a guardrail at Route 68 and Campus Lane.State Police, Butler1:30 a.m. Sunday — James MacArthur, 48, of Fenelton was arrested for allegedly assaulting Kimberly Donofrio, 45, of Valencia and a 17-year-old Fenelton boy at a Fenelton Road home in Clearfield Township.Donofrio and the boy, who police did not identify, suffered minor injuries. MacArthur is charged with simple assault and harassment.2:35 a.m. Saturday — A police cruiser driven by Trooper Greg Brandt lost control after hitting a patch of black ice on Route 68 in Donegal Township and hit a tree. Brandt and Trooper John Stutz were both wearing seat belts and received minor injuries. They were responding to an earlier accident off Fairmont Road in Fairview Township.2:26 a.m. Saturday — Dawn Marie Watson, 22, of West Sunbury was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop on New Castle Road in Butler Township.12:50 a.m. Saturday — A vehicle driven by Brian Wise, 22, of Saxonburg struck an embankment off Dinnerbell Road in Jefferson Township and overturned. Wise was cited for driving too fast for conditions.Saturday — Assorted tools valued at $1,850 were stolen between Tuesday and Saturday from a storage trailer on Rabbit Road in Donegal Township. The unknown thief cut a padlock to get inside the trailer. A pipe laser, elevation transit, chain saw and various hand tools were taken.Friday — Two space heaters, a bench grinder, reciprocating saw and circular saw were stolen between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. from a hunting cabin near Game Reserve and McGrady Hollow roads in Clearfield Township.James and Heather Schnur of Summit Township own the stolen property, valued at $325.
