Eugene A. "Gene" Leposki, 67, of Perry Township, Armstrong County, died Wednesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Feb. 22, 1940, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Alexander and Stephanie J. Mahofska Leposki.

He served in the Army in Battery D, 4th Missile Battalion, 71st Artillery, attaining the rank of captain.

He worked as a medical equipment salesman for Nellcor-Puritan-Bennett and was the former owner of Gino's Dairy Stand in Chicora.

He was a Catholic.

He was a member of the Chicora-East Brady Rotary Club, and the Sons Of Italy Lodge 1484 in Bradys Bend.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn A. Anderson Leposki, whom he married Dec. 23, 1997. Also, surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Paul (Cynthia) Martin of Dallas, Texas, Diane Ianni of Dallas, and Alison Leposki of Dallas; a son, Gene Leposki and his wife, Sharon, of Dallas; a step daughter, Mrs. Timothy (Christine L.) Heeter of East Brady; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a grandson.
