Adams, Phillips

Amanda Adams of Knox and Thomas Phillips of Butler exchanged wedding vows at 2:30 p.m. May 29 in Hart Chapel on the Clarion University Campus in Clarion. The Rev. Christopher Clark officiated. A reception followed at the Wolf's Den Restaurant.

The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Anne Adams of Knox. Parents of the bridegroom are Eric and Geralyn Werner of Butler, and the late Thomas Phillips.

The honor attendant was Pamela Adams of Edinboro. Bridesmaids were Jessica Stewart of Pittsburgh and Christine Clark of Emlenton. The flower girl was Caitlyn McClure of Collegeville.

The best men were Gregory Kellerman of Butler and Brad Coletta of Harrisburg. The usher was Luke Werner of Butler. The ring bearer was Michael Kane of Coudersport.

The bride graduated in 1999 from Keystone High School and in 2004 from Clarion University, earning a bachelor of science degree in early childhood and elementary education. She works at Youngsville Elementary School in Youngsville, N.C.

The bridegroom graduated in 1998 from Butler High School and in 2003 from Clarion University, earning a bachelor of science degree in secondary social studies.

The couple is living in Raleigh, N.C., following a honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica.
