Jason H. Blatt, 30, of Fenelton waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana and speeding, filed Aug. 13 by Saxonburg police.
Floyd Boyan, 50, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence/highest rate of alcohol or controlled substance and speeding, filed Sept. 4 by Buffalo Township police.
Gregory P. Crotzer, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 3 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $450 in fines and court costs.
Thomas Martin Flack Jr., 37, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving on right side of the road and careless driving, filed July 5 by Penn Township police.
James William Gates Jr., 51, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 8 by state police.
Michael J. Holjencin, 46, of St. Marys was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, registration plate light out and driving under suspension, filed June 29 by state police.
John Parker, 50, of Natrona Heights waived to court charges driving under the influence, refusing to provide a sample of blood or breath, expired registration sticker and driving without a permit or license, filed Sept. 4 by Buffalo Township police.
George Anthony Schaffner Jr., 41, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, driving on road laned for traffic, driving vehicle at safe speed, careless driving and restriction on alcoholic beverages/open container, filed July 23 by state police.
Joseph J. Secilia, 44, of Kittanning waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under suspension DUI-related, driving on road laned for traffic, not using turning signals and careless driving, filed Aug. 11 by state police.
Cari Sychak, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence/high rate of alcohol, driving under suspension, careless driving and speeding, filed Sept. 4 by Buffalo Township police.
