SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Shane A. Cunningham, 20, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, underage drinking, driving an unregistered vehicle and a turning violation, filed Feb. 17 by Buffalo Township police.

Michael Delk, 41, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Feb. 14 by Buffalo Township police.

Donald L. Inklovich, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Feb. 28 by state police.

Earl W. Miller, 39, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a faulty exhaust system, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 20 by Saxonburg police.

Samantha Swartwood, 20, of Sugar Grove, Warren County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed by Saxonburg police. Swartwood was ordered to pay $612.40 in restitution, fines and court costs.

William R. Thompson, 51, of Freeport waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and a lighting violation, filed Feb. 24 by Buffalo Township police.

Robert Wesa, 61, of Sarver waived to court charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 1 by state police.

Kristy Wolfe, 23, of Kittanning waived to court charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 23 by Buffalo Township police. Wolfe in a separate case filed Jan. 13 by Buffalo Township police, waived charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property and retail theft.

Enslen, 21, of Butler was held for court on charges of burglary, attempted burglary, two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary, receiving stolen property, theft and two counts of criminal mischief, filed in separate cases March 25 by Butler Township police.Richard O. McManus, 65, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana and a traffic signal violation, filed Feb. 19 by Butler Township police.Renee L. Miller, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and not using turn signals, filed March 12 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.Douglas W.
