Richard and JoAnn Ordy

Richard and JoAnn Ordy of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at their daughter’s home in Cranberry.

Ordy married the former JoAnn Johnson on July 14, 1962, at Saint Paul Church in Butler.

They have three daughters, Linda Halloran of Monroeville, Susan Balog of Cranberry and Karen Paule of Butler.

They also have six grandchildren.

Ordy is a retired letter carrier from the Butler Post Office.

He is a member of St. Andrew Orthodox Church in Lyndora.

Mrs. Ordy is a retired food service worker for the Butler School District.

She is a member of Saint Paul Catholic Church.
