BUTLER TWP — The Meridian Veterans Club on Meridian Club Road will host a car cruise and oldies dance on Saturday.

The cruise will occur from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Dash plaques, food, disc jockey and prizes will be included.

The dance will be from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. The event will feature disc jockey Marty Tack. Attendees should take their own beverages. Cost is $6.

The HERBS R US Club is hosting a day trip to the new Meadows casino in Washington on July 11. The bus will leave from the Wal-Mart parking lot on Route 356 at 9 a.m. and will return to the same site around 6:30 p.m.Cost per person is $25, and bonuses will be given. SUMMIT TWP — St. Mary's School will host a flea market from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 13 and from 9 a.m. to noon July 14 at the school, corner of Bonniebrook and Herman roads. Lunch will be available.

The annual Osche family reunion will begin at 1 p.m. July 15 at Kriley Pavilion, Kriley Grove Lane, Herman. Meal will be served at 4 p.m.Meat, table setting and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Take a tureen, a towel for bingo, and a silent auction item.
